— Our selection method

A documented process, not a personality interview.

Criminal and reference checks — on record.

Every applicant clears a county, state, and federal background check. Two professional references are contacted and documented before an offer is made.

Verified training hours, not a checklist.

Caregivers complete a minimum of 40 hours of skills training — medication reminders, safe transfers, fall prevention — with completion records kept on file and available on request.

No last-minute substitutions without notice.

Your family receives the named caregiver's profile before the first visit. Any schedule change is communicated directly — no surprises, no strangers at the door.

We are always seeking dedicated, honest, and compassionate people to join us in our quest to provide a higher quality of life for our neighbors in need.
